But before you begin, there are a few things you should know.
No Gym No Problem program is designed to maximize progress and safety, but it requires your full cooperation to be effective. Remember, exercise and healthy eating are both important!
Joe Agostinelli, certified strength conditioning specialist (NSCA), will be your guide throughout the program. Joe has a B.S. degree from Bloomsburg University in Exercise Science and is passionate about helping people achieve their best physical condition.
It is advised that you disclose any and all medical conditions or disabilities which may limit your ability to participate in an exercise program safely.
The personal trainer’s “client relationship is built on trust. The client must feel comfortable communicating any concerns to the trainer for the program to be successful.

Personal Training Contract/Agreement

I understand that I am participating in an at-home exercise program. I understand that there are risks associated with any exercise program, including the risk of injury. I agree to assume responsibility for these risks and waive any and all claims against Joe Agostinelli or No Gym No Problem, its employees, contractors, and affiliate partners.
I understand that the program is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. I understand that I should consult a physician before beginning any exercise program. I understand that I am participating in the program at my own risk.
I understand that the program may be physically and mentally demanding. I agree to only participate in activities that I am physically and mentally capable of completing. If I feel physical pain or discomfort at any time during the program, I will immediately stop the activity and consult a physician.
I understand that the program may require the use of equipment, including but not limited to weights, resistance bands, and Pilates equipment. I understand that I am responsible for using the equipment correctly and safely. If at any time I feel that I am unable to use the equipment safely, I will stop the activity immediately and consult Joe Agostinelli or a qualified instructor.
By participating in this program, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this Disclaimer. I understand that this is a binding contract between myself and Joe Agostinelli/No Gym No Problem, and I agree to its terms.
