The program has been designed by Joe Agostinelli, a certified strength conditioning specialist (NSCA), and takes into account the latest scientific research. It is based on the premise that the best way to improve your health is to exercise regularly, eat a healthy diet and get enough sleep.

A Diverse Suite of Strength And Conditioning Exercises

The program includes a diverse suite of strength and conditioning exercises suitable for all fitness levels. The exercises are designed to improve cardiovascular health, muscular strength, and endurance.

The program is delivered through a series of online videos, so you can follow the exercises in your own time and at your own pace.

As well as the online videos, the program also includes an exercise vault, which is a library of additional exercises
that you can use to supplement your workout. The exercise vault includes a wide range
of exercises, from nutrition and sleep tips to stretching and cool-down routines.

Lower Body

The first part of the program focuses on the lower body, including the hamstrings, quads, glutes, and calves. The exercises in this section are designed to improve your muscular strength and endurance.

Upper Body

The second part of the program focuses on the upper body, including the chest, shoulders, arms, and back. The exercises in this section are designed to improve your muscular strength and endurance.

Abs & Core

The third part of the program focuses on the abs and core. The exercises in this section are designed to improve your muscular strength and endurance.

About Me

Welcome! Let me introduce myself. My name is Joe Agostinelli. I have a B.S. degree from Bloomsburg University in Exercise Science. I am also a certified strength conditioning specialist (NSCA). My passion is helping people get into their best physical condition. My target audience is all ages. I do have a special interest in helping beginners and those who have gym intimidation.

I will design an exercise program that does not require the need for a gym. We will be using Thera-Bands (latex free if you are allergic to latex), body weight, core exercises, and Pilates for a total body workout. I will make sure each exercise is performed with the correct technique for maximum benefit in order to reduce the risk of injury. For the seasoned athlete, anyone from the weekend warrior to someone looking to take their game to the next level, I can design a program for you as well
