About

Joe Agostinelli

I’m on a mission to help people transform their fitness regimes without spending
a lot of money on gym memberships or equipment.

Meet Joe

I’m Joe Agostinelli, a certified strength conditioning specialist (NSCA). I have a B.S. degree from Bloomsburg University in Exercise Science. I’m passionate about helping people get into their best physical condition.

I understand that not everyone has the time or money to join a gym, and we don’t want to deal with the crowds or the commute. That’s why I created the No Gym No Problem program. I feel that everyone is different and requires different levels of intensity when it comes to working out. That’s why I design custom programs for each of my clients.

The program is designed to help you get fit and toned without ever setting foot in a gym. I’ll show you how you can achieve your fitness goals with a 40-minute workout that you can do at home.

My Process

I start with a one-on-one consultation to assess your fitness level, goals, and any injuries or health concerns you may have. In the consultation, I focus on getting to know you as an individual and understanding your unique fitness needs. I cover everything from your diet and eating habits to your workout routine and fitness goals.

After the consultation, I’ll design a 40-minute custom workout program that is specifically tailored to help you reach your fitness goals. I’ll provide step-by-step instructions and demonstrations for each exercise in the program. This way, you’ll know exactly how to perform each movement and be sure you’re doing the exercises correctly.

If you have any injuries or health concerns, I’ll show you how to modify the exercises to suit your needs. I also provide nutritional guidance to help you make healthy food choices that will support your fitness goals.

What Do I Use

I use a variety of equipment in my workouts, including Thera-Bands, body weight, and core exercises. I incorporate Pilates into my programs to help clients achieve a full-body workout. I also provide nutritional guidance to help you make healthy food choices that will support your fitness goals.

Thera-Bands

They’re versatile and affordable pieces of equipment that can be used to target all major muscle groups. They’re also latex-free, so they’re a good option for people with latex allergies.

Bodyweight Exercises

They’re a great way to build strength and endurance. And they can be done anywhere, so you don’t need a lot of space or equipment to do them.

Core Exercises

They’re an essential part of any workout routine. They help to tone the abdominal muscles and improve posture.

Pilates

It’s a great way to lengthen and strengthen the muscles. It also helps improve flexibility and balance.
